DISCOUNTS FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: (full weeks only - maximum 15%). 5% for returning guests, 10% for 2nd continuous or subsequent weeks             and excluding weeks marked *** 5% where all in party are over 65:   5% for low occupancy (3 or less in 3 bedroom standard apartment)
RESERVATIONS: On payment of 50% deposit. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. All subject to our usual conditions of booking. Specifically requested apartments are 95% likely, but cannot be guaranteed. If we need to change it we will match as closely as possible.
COT AND HIGHCHAIR RENTAL £15 together per visit.  Please bring your own cot bedding. MUST BE PREBOOKED
